Graduate Boarding and Sports Assistant
Contract: Fixed-term to July 2027
Working Hours: Full time
Bournemouth Collegiate School is a rapidly growing co-educational independent school situated on the south coast. The School has extensive facilities, on two sites. BCS provides a nurturing environment where the happiness of the pupils comes first.
BCS is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and committed Graduate Boarding and Rugby Assistant to join our vibrant school community. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for sport and education to gain valuable experience in both a school sports environment and a boarding setting.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our sports programme while also contributing to the life of our boarding community. This is a varied and rewarding position, ideal for someone considering a future career in teaching, coaching, or pastoral care.
