Graduate Building Surveyor
Location: London

Are you looking to kick-start your career with a consultancy that genuinely invests in its graduates?
We are working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy that is looking to recruit a Graduate Building Surveyor to join its growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of projects while receiving structured APC support from experienced Chartered Building Surveyors.
You'll work alongside a highly experienced team across both professional and project work, giving you the opportunity to develop into a well-rounded Building Surveyor.

The Role
- Assisting with commercial building surveys
- Supporting dilapidations instructions
- Preparing schedules of condition
- Assisting with contract administration and project delivery
- Carrying out defect diagnosis and preparing reports
- Working closely with senior surveyors on a diverse range of commercial, education, healthcare and public-sector projects
About You
- Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Keen to work towards MRICS status
