The client

As a result of sustained year-on-year growth and an exceptionally strong pipeline of secured UK wide projects, our client, an innovative and dynamic consultancy, seek a Graduate Building Surveyor seeking to grow and develop within a developing, supportive client.

The role – Graduate Building Surveyor

Working alongside experienced construction professionals, you will gain exposure to a broad range of projects and across multiple construction sectors. You will have a highly varied role leading and managing a range of simultaneously running projects and including:

  • Leading and managing a variety of contracts utilising project specific contracts
  • Project monitoring and delivery support
  • Contractor and sub-contractor sourcing, award and on-going relationship development
  • Supporting projects across all construction types including new-build, refurbishment, maintenance and improvement
  • Project monitoring and delivery support
  • Preparing specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation
  • Undertaking site inspections and condition surveys
  • Defect diagnosis and reporting
  • Assisting with project financial management and reporting
