The client
As a result of sustained year-on-year growth and an exceptionally strong pipeline of secured UK wide projects, our client, an innovative and dynamic consultancy, seek a Graduate Building Surveyor seeking to grow and develop within a developing, supportive client.
The role – Graduate Building Surveyor
Working alongside experienced construction professionals, you will gain exposure to a broad range of projects and across multiple construction sectors. You will have a highly varied role leading and managing a range of simultaneously running projects and including:
- Leading and managing a variety of contracts utilising project specific contracts
- Project monitoring and delivery support
- Contractor and sub-contractor sourcing, award and on-going relationship development
- Supporting projects across all construction types including new-build, refurbishment, maintenance and improvement
- Project monitoring and delivery support
- Preparing specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation
- Undertaking site inspections and condition surveys
- Defect diagnosis and reporting
- Assisting with project financial management and reporting

Degree qualified and seeking to undertake APC, you will possess excellent communication skills, have first class attention to detail and have a proactive approach to day-to-day activities.
