Assistant Building Surveyor
Bristol | Up to £40,000 + Excellent Benefits + APC Support
Looking to join a consultancy that genuinely invests in its Building Surveyors? This is an opportunity to join a respected multidisciplinary property consultancy with an outstanding reputation for developing surveyors, boasting a 100% APC pass rate over the past nine years. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of projects while receiving structured APC support from experienced Chartered Surveyors.
Role Responsibilities
- Work across a 50/50 mix of project work and professional services.
- Undertake condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical due diligence.
- Assist with contract administration and project management.
- Prepare specifications, schedules of work and technical reports.
- Work on refurbishment and capital projects from inception through to completion.
- Gain exposure across commercial, education, defence, infrastructure, residential and public sector projects.

Candidate Requirements
- BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying (RICS accredited).
- Previous Building Surveying experience through industry placement or consultancy.
- Keen to work towards MRICS Chartership.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to develop into a well-rounded Chartered Building Surveyor.
