Kickstart Your Career with a Leading Property Consultancy
An established and highly regarded property consultancy is looking to appoint a Graduate Building Surveyor to join its growing Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 6 months to 1 year's post-graduate experience who is looking to build a successful career within commercial building surveying.
Working alongside experienced Chartered Building Surveyors, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of professional and project work across a diverse property portfolio while receiving structured support towards achieving MRICS status.
The Role
This is a varied position where you'll assist in delivering both professional and project-based instructions across a wide range of commercial properties.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Management
- Contract Administration
- Commercial Dilapidations
- Technical Due Diligence and Pre-Acquisition Surveys
- Insurance Reinstatement Projects
- Office Fit-Out and Refurbishment Schemes
- General Professional Building Surveying advice

You'll work across a diverse portfolio including:
- Education
- Commercial Offices
- Industrial
- Retail
- Public Sector
The team acts for commercial landlords, local authorities, combined authorities, and a range of private sector clients, providing excellent exposure to different asset types and project work.
About You
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, eager to learn, and committed to developing a long-term career in Building Surveying.
Ideally, you'll have:
- A degree in Building Surveying (RICS Accredited)
- Around 6 months to 1 year's experience within a Building Surveying consultancy
- Already enrolled on your APC, or looking to begin the APC process in the near future
- A genuine ambition to achieve MRICS status
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on responsibility
- A full UK driving licence
