What You'll Be Doing
As a graduate in our Building Surveying & Project Management team, you'll join us on a two-year journey towards becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of challenging projects and professional instructions, including:
- Client briefing and project inception.
- Building inspections and surveys.
- Project design and specification writing.
- Report preparation and technical advice.
- Contract administration and project delivery.
- Site supervision and progress meetings.
- Dilapidations, maintenance, and professional consultancy work.
Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, we will fully support you through your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), providing mentoring, guidance, and practical experience to help you achieve Chartered status.

Requirements
- RICS Accredited BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
- AutoCAD LT proficiency.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
We are keen to hear from both recent graduates and candidates who have already gained 12 months or more of relevant Building Surveying experience, whether through a placement year, graduate role, assistant surveyor position, or similar industry experience.
