We are seeking to recruit a Graduate to join our growing Building Surveying Team in Manchester.
The Role
The role will primarily involve undertaking a variety of property inspections and surveys for a varied range of Technical Services clients from Manchester and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects and gain experience across a range of Building Surveying services.
During the initial period of the role, whilst getting up to speed and working towards successfully completing probation, the successful candidate will be required to work from our Manchester office 5 days a week. This will provide the support, training and development needed as they establish themselves in the role. Once they are up to speed and have successfully passed probation, there will be some flexibility around working arrangements.
Role Requirements
Relevant BSc in Building Surveying/ Built Environment/ Construction is required. Ideally, candidates will be working towards or close to starting their APC. Experience of undertaking property inspections, surveys, EPC, dilapidations, project management and contract administration is sought-after but not essential.

Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the current property market and economy, the Company’s products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care.
Skills + Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a Surveying practice and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Candidates should be keen to develop their technical knowledge and experience and be willing to start their APC journey if not already underway.
Knowledge of Manchester market would be beneficial but is not essential.
