The Role
- Develop data models supporting credit decisions, origination, and reporting
- Build and enhance dbt models and data transformations
- Bridge communication between analysts, engineers, and product teams for effective data usage
- Identify opportunities to improve pipeline efficiency, reliability, and cost
- Contribute to the scaling of the company's data infrastructure
What You'll Need
- Solid SQL skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience with dbt or ELT pipelines
- Collaborative approach and clear communication with diverse stakeholders
- Growing understanding of data modelling for reliability and usability
- Comfort utilising AI tools to enhance work quality and speed
- Interest in learning and supporting analysts through shared patterns
