Quantum's Business Analytics team is seeking a Graduate Business Analyst in London.
The role turns Rewards and Core data into trusted answers, reporting, and analysis that supports business decisions.
The role provides an opportunity to develop AI-native analytical practices from the beginning of the career.

The role uses hybrid working with three days in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull, shape, and interrogate data with SQL to answer questions from across the teams.
- Build and evolve accurate, readable reporting and dashboards.
- Turn raw numbers into clear findings for non-analyst audiences.
- Use AI tools for queries, dashboards, and result summaries.
- Take ownership of analysis work end to end as experience grows.
About You
- Strong analytical and numerical reasoning.
- Some hands-on SQL exposure or the ability and willingness to become fluent quickly.
- Confidence with spreadsheets and at least one BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- AI-native mindset with experience using AI or LLM tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication, teamwork, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
