We're looking for analytical, technically minded graduates who are excited by the opportunity to work directly with clients, solve real business problems, and build a career in insurance technology consulting.
Day to day you will:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Design and configure insurance software products, reports, and customer-facing solutions using a range of technical tools.
- Analyse complex business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help deliver successful technology transformation projects.
- Support client workshops, gather requirements, and contribute to solution design and implementation activities.
- Develop expertise in insurance technology while working alongside experienced Consultants and Business Analysts.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the client delivery lifecycle.

To Succeed in this Role, You'll Bring:
- Have achieved a 2:1 or above in a STEM, Business, Economics, or related degree
- Have achieved AAB or above at A-Level (or equivalent), including an A in Mathematics
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think logically and work through complex challenges
- Have a genuine interest in technology, software, data, and how businesses use technology to drive change
- Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Are proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced client-facing environment
- Enjoy working collaboratively while taking ownership and responsibility for your work
