Graduate Business Analyst (Management Sciences) – Entry-Level | No Experience Required
About the Role
Are you a recent Management Sciences graduate looking to start your career in business analysis, operations, and strategic decision-making? We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and organised Graduate Business Analyst to join our growing team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for graduates who enjoy analysing business processes, working with data, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting organisations in making informed business decisions. No prior professional experience is required. Training and mentorship will be provided to help you develop practical skills in business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in analysing business processes, workflows, and operational requirements.
- Collect and analyse business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Support requirements gathering from internal teams and stakeholders.
- Document business requirements, processes, workflows, and project activities.
- Assist with identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Support project teams with planning, coordination, and progress tracking.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
- Monitor KPIs and assist with performance reporting.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, technology, marketing, and management teams.
- Assist with implementing new processes, systems, and business initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences, Business Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of business and management principles.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Business Analysis and process improvement.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with process mapping and business requirements documentation.
- Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
- University projects, internships, case studies, or business-related research are beneficial but not required.
