Where Will You Be Working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private Networks

  • We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems.
  • With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

Role Responsibilities

As a Graduate Business Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Support the development and enhancement of reporting capabilities, helping turn business data into meaningful insights that drive operational performance and decision making.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports and data visualisations using Power BI, Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Compile, analyse and present data through ad hoc reporting, management information and performance dashboards.
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis, supporting business improvement initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
  • Assist with data quality and governance activities to improve the accuracy and reliability of business information.
  • Work with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Service Delivery, Finance and Technology teams to understand business requirements and operational challenges.
  • Support automation and process improvement projects by helping identify opportunities to streamline manual and repetitive activities.
  • Contribute to business change initiatives through process analysis, documentation and impact assessments.
  • Develop forecasting, trend analysis and performance measurement solutions to support strategic decision making.
  • Build strong working relationships across the business while gaining exposure to a wide range of operational and technology functions.

Candidate Profile

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • A degree in Mathematics, Business, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics
  • Strong analytical and numerical capability.
  • The ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly and confidently.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach with a desire to learn, solve problems and improve how things are done.
