We’re Looking for Potential, Not a Perfect CV
This is an entry-level graduate opportunity, so previous management experience isn’t required. You could be a recent graduate from any degree background, or currently completing your final year and looking for your next step. What matters to us is how you approach it. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Ambitious and genuinely motivated by progression
- Hardworking and comfortable taking responsibility
- Confident communicating with different people
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous development
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable working towards goals and measuring results
- Ready to learn through practical experience rather than theory alone
- Someone who wants to get involved rather than sit on the sidelines
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, events, sport, recruitment, or other people-facing environments can be useful, but it isn’t essential.
