Graduate Business Coordinator
CNG | Graduate opportunity | Customer-facing campaign activity and business coordination
You’ve completed your degree. Now you want the chance to contribute, take responsibility and understand how a business works, with support while you learn. At CNG, our Graduate Business Coordinator opportunity brings together campaign delivery, team support and performance reporting. You’ll begin by participating in face-to-face campaign activity, learning what customers ask, how teams prepare and what successful delivery involves. As you build experience, you’ll have opportunities to contribute more widely to coordination and planning.
We welcome graduates from every degree discipline. Experience from a part-time job, university project, placement, volunteering or caring responsibilities can all demonstrate the organisation, communication and judgement we’re looking for.

- Preparing clear notes on customer questions, campaign outcomes and recurring issues.
- Helping organise information for team briefings and performance reviews.
- Supporting agreed onboarding or process demonstrations when ready, with guidance from experienced colleagues.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Customer interaction is a core part of your starting role. That experience will help you connect business decisions with what happens during a campaign and give you useful evidence to bring into team discussions.
Build experience across the business
You’ll receive support as you develop your understanding of four connected areas:
- Campaign coordination: Learn how preparation, communication and follow-through affect delivery.
- Team development: Observe briefings, onboarding and feedback, then support suitable tasks as your confidence grows.
- Performance reporting: Work with activity, quality, conversion and completion measures to understand results in context.
- Client communication: Help organise factual updates and flag information that could affect campaign delivery.

Bring curiosity and dependable follow-through
We’re interested in graduates who can organise information, explain their thinking and respond constructively when plans change. You should be comfortable working with customers, willing to learn from feedback and reliable about completing agreed tasks. During the application process, we’d like to hear examples of how you contributed to a shared goal, solved a practical problem or helped someone else complete their work.
Earn broader responsibility
Development will reflect consistent performance, accurate work, communication quality and your contribution to the team. As you demonstrate readiness, you may take on wider coordination responsibilities. Progression depends on sustained capability and available business opportunities.
