Graduate Business & Data Analyst

12 Month Contract | Great First Step into Business & Commercial Analytics

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading international intellectual property (IP) firm with offices across Europe, North America and Asia, for a graduate to join their Commercial & Marketing team as a Business & Data Analyst.

No prior experience is needed — full training, one-to-one coaching and mentoring are provided from day one. You'll learn to turn CRM, market and client data into insight that shapes real business decisions, with a strong path to grow into client development and campaign management.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse client and market data — filing trends, jurisdictions and portfolio activity — using specialist analytics tools
  • Research target organisations and prepare briefings for client meetings and industry events
  • Help build and maintain accurate, useful CRM data
  • Support outreach and campaigns with research, target lists and insight materials
  • Use Excel, Power BI, AI tools and Microsoft applications to present data clearly

What We're Looking For

  • Degree-level education, ideally in marketing, business management or another relevant field
  • A genuine interest in data, research and business development
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Confident communicator, comfortable building relationships
  • Proactive, organised and keen to learn
