Currently managing over £3 billion worth of assets, they're seeking to continue growth and expansion by hiring 3 Graduate Business Development Associates.
What Will I Do?

- Identify/nurture promising prospects
- Build your sales pipeline with new opportunities
- Reach out to decision makers within the financial industry to discuss investment opportunities
- Book follow up meetings for Business Development Managers to close deals
This will result in commission for you and put you on the pathway to progression into a BDM role yourself.
What Are the Company Looking For?
There is no specific background required for the role, it is entry level and ideal for a graduate that is looking to step into the world of sales.
For any salesperson, confidence and relationship building skills are essential and it's the same here. Resilience is also important, you'll be selling into a highly competitive industry that will be a rollercoaster to deal within!
