Launch Your Career in One of the World's Fastest-Growing Industries
The transition to clean energy is one of the biggest industrial shifts of our generation, and at Tonic Talent, we're helping make it happen.
We partner with some of the world's most innovative clean technology companies, helping them hire the people they need to grow. Our clients operate across electric vehicles, battery technology, renewable energy, advanced manufacturing and energy storage, and include globally recognised organisations such as Tesla and LG.
Unlike many graduate programmes, you'll make a commercial impact from day one while developing skills that will accelerate your career and significantly increase your earning potential.
Why Join Tonic?
Build an International Career
Unlike many recruitment businesses that focus solely on the UK, much of our work is across the United States, the world's largest and most commercially exciting clean technology market.
That means you'll spend your time speaking with founders, directors and senior executives at some of the world's fastest-growing businesses, helping them solve critical hiring challenges.
Working internationally allows us to deliver higher-value projects, generate larger fees and create exceptional earning opportunities for our team.
Because we primarily support US businesses, our commercial team works 12:00pm–8:00pm Monday to Thursday, ensuring we're speaking with clients during their working day. Fridays are hybrid, with the flexibility to work from home alongside our monthly team collaboration day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
