£30,000–£35,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

Our client is a fast-growing business looking for ambitious, motivated graduates to join their team as Graduate Business Development Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who wants to develop strong commercial skills, earn uncapped commission and build a long-term career within a high-performance sales environment.

You'll develop your communication, negotiation and commercial skills while gaining valuable experience across the early stages of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective customers using phone, email and LinkedIn
- Engage with prospective clients and introduce them to the company's products or services
- Speak with business owners, managers and senior decision-makers
- Qualify prospects and identify genuine business opportunities
- Arrange qualified meetings and appointments for the wider sales team
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
- Work closely with experienced sales professionals to develop your commercial skills
- Take part in regular sales training, coaching and development sessions
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity and performance targets
- Develop towards managing your own sales opportunities and progressing into more senior commercial positions
