Job Title: Graduate Business Development Executive (SaaS Sales)
Location: Stratford, East London
Salary: GBP27,000 - GBP30,000 per annum + Commission (OTE GBP38,000)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (Hybrid Office Based 3 days per week)

We are looking for an ambitious Graduate Business Development Executive (SaaS Sales) to join our team and play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the continued success of our platform.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop a career in SaaS sales, gaining hands-on experience across outbound prospecting, pipeline management, software demonstrations and client relationships.

The Role
As a Graduate Business Development Executive, you will take ownership of generating new business opportunities while building strong relationships with prospective clients.
You will manage your own prospect pipeline, from initial outreach through qualification, demonstrations and handover to the sales team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing and progressing your own active prospect pipeline.
- Making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.
- Building relationships with decision-makers and key contacts.
- Qualifying opportunities by understanding prospect requirements and challenges.
- Conducting software demonstrations and showcasing the value of our SaaS platform.
- Following up with prospects and maintaining momentum throughout the sales process.
- Generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing sales activity.
- Working closely with internal teams to maximise conversion opportunities.
Alongside business development activity, you will also gain exposure to client relationships, onboarding and understanding how organisations use technology to improve their recruitment processes.

About You
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven individual who wants to develop a successful career in SaaS sales.
You Will Ideally Have
- A degree or equivalent qualification.
- Around 1 year's experience in sales, business development, lead generation or a similar commercial role.
- Proven experience speaking with customers, clients or prospects over the phone.
- Experience managing an active pipeline and progressing opportunities.
- Confidence making outbound calls and creating new business opportunities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive, resilient and results-focused mindset.
- Motivation to achieve targets and develop your career.
- An interest in technology, SaaS and digital solutions.
You must be comfortable picking up the phone, speaking with prospects and taking ownership of your results.
