Newcastle City Centre | Full Time, Permanent, On Site | £22,000–£25,000 Starting OTE

You leave university with knowledge, ideas and ambition. What nobody hands you is the next step.

Some graduates already know they want a career in business but have no idea where to start. Others are still working it out, and want something real rather than theoretical. This role was built for both.

We are not asking you to have your future mapped out. We are offering a starting point inside a growing business where you can test yourself, build commercial awareness and see how companies actually scale — from the inside, not from the sidelines.

That said, this is not a vague opportunity. Bespoke is in an active growth phase with serious investment behind our expansion and our teams. Growth creates room for people ready to contribute early, learn fast and own their progression.

What the role involves

You will join our business development function, working across the areas that directly move performance. The role is built to give you exposure — and expectation. You will be trusted to contribute, not to assist.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
