Graduate Business Development Representative

£25,000 basic salary + £40,000-£50,000 OTE

The Role

As a Graduate Business Development Representative, you'll focus on generating new business opportunities and booking qualified meetings for the senior sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Identifying decision-makers and generating new opportunities
  • Prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Researching businesses and understanding their requirements
  • Booking meetings for Business Development Managers
  • Working closely with the wider sales team and learning from experienced colleagues
  • Developing your sales skills through structured training and coaching
