Job Role: Graduate Business Development Representative
Location: Watford

Your Responsibilities
- Represent established UK brands through face-to-face campaigns
- Build strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Identify new business opportunities and support campaign growth
- Develop practical skills in communication, negotiation, and business development
- Work collaboratively to achieve individual and team targets

Who We're Looking For
- A degree in any subject (Business, Marketing, Economics, or Management is advantageous but not essential)
- Ambitious, driven, and eager to build a successful career
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Goal-oriented and motivated by results
- 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
