Graduate Business Development Representative | Immediate Start | Milton Keynes

Your Responsibilities
- Represent leading UK brands through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns
- Build relationships with customers and generate new business opportunities
- Develop commercial skills including communication, negotiation, and business development
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Participate in ongoing coaching designed to prepare you for leadership opportunities

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, people-focused environment
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
