What will I do as a Business Development Executive?
Joining the sales function of the company, you'll receive huge amounts of training and development to support your commercial awareness and sales skills.
Once up and running, your responsibility will be to reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn & more to potential clients, looking to discuss their needs around office fit-out and refurbishment. Developing relationships in your network, you'll work towards KPI's to grow your sales pipeline and earn commission.
As you develop in the role, progression opportunities may open up to start closing opportunities yourself or moving into a client facing role.

What are the company looking for?
This is an entry level role well suited to an individual with high energy, drive and motivation. Someone capable of building relationships with a range of people that enjoys continuously learning will thrive in the environment created.
The role is 5 days per week in a central London office, meaning a candidate already based in London will be preferable.
