Graduate Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Andover

Salary: £28,000-£32,000 Basic + £8,000-£12,000 OTE

Flourish have partnered with an exciting client looking to hire a Graduate Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing commercial team in Andover. This opportunity is designed for ambitious graduates who are eager to develop their professional skills, gain hands-on business experience, and establish themselves within a fast-paced sales environment.

As a Graduate BDR, you'll be at the forefront of the company's growth strategy, engaging with prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities, and helping build a strong sales pipeline. You'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear development pathway into more senior commercial roles.

Your Responsibilities

  • Researching and identifying potential new clients
  • Reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Building relationships with decision-makers
  • Qualifying opportunities and generating sales meetings

  • Supporting the wider sales team in achieving business objectives
  • Consistently working towards individual and team targets
