Business Development Representative - German & Spanish Speaker

· Basic salary of £40,000+ with an extra £20,000 OTE
· Full internal and external training plan

Our client is a fast-growing international technology business providing innovative software solutions to organisations across the retail, consumer goods, and manufacturing sectors.

With a large global presence and teams across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific, the business is continuing to grow its commercial function and is looking for a Business Development Representative to join its European Growth team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a multilingual graduate or early-career sales professional looking to build a career in B2B technology sales.

About You

We're looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded, and comfortable speaking with senior professionals.

You'll ideally have:

  • Fluency in English, German, and Spanish
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Strong research and organisational skills
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in Tech sales
  • A willingness to learn and take ownership
  • A positive, resilient, and target-driven mindset

The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in building the company's sales pipeline across European and international markets.

You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, understanding their business challenges, and generating qualified opportunities for the wider sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting new customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Creating personalised outreach and qualifying leads
  • Booking meetings and generating new sales opportunities
  • Working closely with Account Executives and sales teams
  • Supporting industry events and following up with prospects
  • Building knowledge of your target markets and customers
