Moon Moments is a recruitment and talent acquisition partner recruiting on behalf of an expanding client in Manchester. We're currently looking for an ambitious graduate to join their team as a Graduate Business Development & Sales Associate.
Whether you've recently completed university or you're looking for your first commercial opportunity, this role provides structured training, ongoing mentorship, and the chance to develop valuable experience in business development, sales, customer engagement, and relationship management.
This is a community-based, face-to-face opportunity where you'll engage directly with customers across Manchester, including busy shopping areas, residential communities, and other public spaces where people live, work, and shop. Representing nationally recognised charity campaigns, you'll help raise awareness, build meaningful relationships, and inspire long-term support for worthwhile causes.
No previous sales experience is required. Your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn are what matter most.

About the Role
As a Graduate Business Development & Sales Associate, you'll represent inspiring charity campaigns while developing the skills needed to succeed in a commercial environment. Every day you'll meet new people, build genuine relationships, increase brand awareness, and help supporters understand how they can make a lasting impact through ongoing charitable giving.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engaging with members of the public through professional face-to-face conversations
- Representing nationally recognised charities with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Raising brand awareness within communities across Manchester
- Building trust and creating meaningful customer interactions
- Explaining campaign objectives and answering questions confidently
- Supporting new supporters through a clear and professional sign-up process
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
- Participating in ongoing coaching, mentoring, and daily team development sessions

Earnings & Benefits
- Total earnings of up to £1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
