Job Description
This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience across business development, sales, marketing and data analysis. Our UK wide Business Generation team plays a critical role in supporting our growth ambition.
Working at the heart of our business, the BG team collaborates across both of our senior leadership and client-facing teams to support business planning, market engagement, opportunity management and long-term growth initiatives. Turner & Townsend sit at the heart of the UK’s most significant projects & Programmes.
Experience within marketing, digital, data or business services would be advantageous.
The position is primarily office-based and comes with regular opportunities to engage with clients at events; networking events and industry functions. Through structured development and mentoring, the successful candidate will be supported on a pathway towards a more senior Business Development role.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Degree qualified (or expected to achieve a degree) in any discipline.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Desirable
- Interest in business development, consulting, marketing, economics, strategy, data analytics, or professional services.
- Experience gained through internships, placements, university projects, or extracurricular activities
