Graduate Business Management & Marketing Trainee

Bespoke, Newcastle upon Tyne · Full-Time | On-Site | Entry-Level

Ready to turn your degree into a real career, not just a job title?

We’re looking for ambitious Business Management and Marketing graduates to join Bespoke as Graduate Trainees. This is a hands-on, fast-track opportunity where you’ll gain real-world experience in sales, marketing, and leadership.

You’ll work directly with customers, develop your commercial and communication skills, and build a genuine understanding of how successful marketing and sales campaigns are planned and delivered — with a clear route into management for those who want it.

No previous professional experience is required. We’re interested in graduates who are enthusiastic, driven, and ready to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Represent clients through offline, face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Speak directly with customers to introduce and promote products or services.
  • Support customer acquisition and sales activities across different campaigns.
  • Build professional relationships with customers and provide a positive experience.
  • Develop practical skills in sales, communication, customer engagement, and client representation.
  • Take on early leadership responsibility as you progress — running morning meetings, coaching new starters.
  • Learn how successful marketing and sales campaigns are planned and delivered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
