We're looking for ambitious graduates who are commercially minded, curious and eager to learn. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Buying Team and gain hands-on experience across global sourcing, supplier management, product development and commercial negotiation.
Working alongside experienced buyers, you'll develop valuable skills and take ownership of projects from an early stage, helping deliver products for leading international brands.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working closely with our Buying Team to source and develop a wide range of products, including premium apparel, bags, headwear, automotive products and branded merchandise.
- Building relationships with suppliers across Europe and the Far East to identify opportunities, drive innovation and achieve commercial objectives.
- Supporting supplier negotiations to secure the best combination of quality, service and cost.
- Managing products through every stage of the development process, from concept and sourcing through to production and delivery.
- Collaborating with sales, design and client-facing teams to bring new product ideas to market.
- Reviewing product specifications, samples and quality requirements to ensure products meet client expectations.
- Monitoring market trends, identifying new suppliers and exploring innovative product opportunities.
- Analysing costs and product data to support commercial decision-making.
- Supporting project management activities to ensure products are delivered on time and to specification.

What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate from any degree discipline.
- An interest in buying, procurement, product development, supply chain or commercial business functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information and make sound decisions.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in how products are sourced, developed and brought to market.
- Confidence communicating with suppliers, colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and desire to build a long-term career within buying and sourcing.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis would be advantageous.
