Graduate Car Sales Executive
Ashton-under-Lyne
OTE £45-£55k (uncapped)

A growing family-run dealership is expanding its sales team and looking for ambitious people to join as Car Sales Executives. Previous car sales experience isn't essential. We're more interested in attitude, work ethic, confidence and ambition.
You may be a recent graduate looking to start a career in sales, or already have experience in face-to-face, field or door-to-door sales.
The role
You'll meet customers in the showroom, build rapport, understand their requirements and identify opportunities to convert enquiries into vehicle sales. You'll also discuss finance, part-exchange and additional products while delivering a great customer experience.

We're looking for:
- Previous face-to-face, field or door-to-door sales experience preferred
- Experience working to targets
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching customers
- Competitive, resilient and motivated by results
- Strong work ethic and genuine ambition to succeed
- Full UK driving licence

5 days out of 7, with two days off during the week and one weekend off per month. This is a fast-paced sales environment and not a standard 9–5 role.
