Role Overview:
This Graduate Change and Communications Consultant role focuses on helping clients realise tangible value from Google Gemini and AI-enabled ways of working. You will use your communication and creative skills to design clear campaigns, training materials and stakeholder communications that explain new tools, processes and behaviours. Working closely with experienced consultants and client teams, you will contribute to change initiatives, adoption activities and process improvement. Alongside project work, you will build your expertise in Google Gemini, AI concepts and cloud technologies through structured learning, mentoring and hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support client change management initiatives that enable adoption of Google Gemini and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Develop clear, engaging communications, campaigns and stakeholder updates that explain new tools, processes and behaviours.
- Design and help deliver training materials, user guides, workshops and adoption sessions for different audiences and seniority levels.
- Assist with process and user journey mapping, including basic process re-engineering to identify opportunities for automation and Google Gemini solutions.
- Collaborate with consultants, architects and client stakeholders to gather requirements, capture feedback and translate insights into practical adoption activities.
- Contribute to AI and Google Gemini adoption projects through discovery, content creation, testing, documentation and preparation of showcases and demos.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, status updates and supporting materials to align internal and client teams.
- Proactively build and apply knowledge of Google Gemini, AI concepts and cloud technologies to continuously improve delivery quality.

About the Candidate:
- Achieved or on track for a 2:1 degree, ideally in a creative, education or communication-focused discipline (e.g. Media and Communications, Marketing, Journalism or similar).
- A strong people person with high emotional intelligence, able to understand stakeholder needs and tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Highly creative thinker, confident bringing fresh ideas and new angles to communication, change and adoption challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear copy, compelling presentations and engaging campaign content.
- Comfortable presenting to groups and adapting style and tone for different stakeholder levels, from end users to senior leaders.
- Genuinely curious about AI, Google Gemini and Google Cloud technologies and how they can transform ways of working.
- Brings some relevant experience (internship, placement or part-time role) in communications, marketing or a digital environment.
- Proactive, organised and collaborative, with a strong willingness to learn quickly and take ownership in a fast-paced consulting setting.
