About the Role
We are entering a significant phase of growth and are looking for a motivated graduate to join our Tuition Sales Team.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound tuition enquiries
- Build strong relationships with clients and manage the full matching process
- Use your sales skills to demonstrate the value of our service and ensure clients are matched with the right tutor
- Collaborate with tutors to create high-quality, long-term matches
- Contribute to team strategy and continuous improvement initiatives

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Ambitious and excited by the opportunity to grow within a high-performing business

Key Details
Hours:
Monday–Friday
- 9:00–17:00 (three days per week)
- 9:00–18:00 (two days per week)
- 5 days a year on a weekend or bank holiday during high demand periods (time given back in lieu)

Location:
Hybrid – based in Canary Wharf.
Initial onboarding requires full-time in-office attendance. Once trained, the team works three days in the office and two days from home.
Salary:
£26,000–£32,000 per annum (DOE, inclusive of OTE)
The Profs has met or exceeded its targets every year and continues to achieve year-on-year growth.
