The Team You’ll Join

The Wallpaper* Bespoke team is an internal creative agency, working across luxury design, publishing and digital media to deliver creative partnerships and campaigns for leading brands. The team brings together creative, commercial and project management expertise to develop and deliver high-quality digital, social and multi-channel work.

You’ll join a collaborative and fast-paced team, working closely with the Bespoke Digital Project Manager and supporting a range of exciting client projects. It’s a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career to gain hands-on experience of agency project management, learn from experienced colleagues and build an understanding of how creative campaigns are planned, coordinated and delivered from brief through to completion.

What you'll do

We are looking for an organised, delivery-focused Client Success Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to join the Wallpaper* Bespoke internal creative agency. This is a graduate/entry-level opportunity, so no previous agency or project management experience is required. We’re looking for an enthusiastic graduate with a passion for luxury design, publishing and digital media who is keen to learn and develop their project management skills on the job.

Reporting to the Bespoke Digital Project Manager, you’ll support the delivery of digital, social and multi-channel campaigns, coordinating a select portfolio of projects while providing support across a wider range of partnerships and deliverables. You’ll help manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout each project, while supporting project set-up, administration, timelines and budgets. You’ll also proactively monitor progress, follow established processes and briefs, and flag any potential challenges to the Digital Project Manager early to help keep projects on track and deliver successful campaigns.

What you’ll bring

  • Graduate Level: A recent university graduate (all degree disciplines welcome) with a strong desire to build a career in creative agency project management. No prior industry experience required.
  • Organisational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritise work, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for writing reports, creating documentation, and liaising with internal teams and clients.
  • Interest in Luxury Publishing: A genuine interest in the Wallpaper* brand portfolio, including design, architecture, fashion, lifestyle, and luxury culture.
  • Foundational Knowledge: An eager interest in learning about digital marketing formats, including social media, newsletters, print, and experiential events.
  • Data & Problem-Solving Aptitude: Comfortable working with basic data/numbers to assist with project tracking, budget monitoring, and reporting.

The expected salary for this role is £29,000. This is a hybrid role, working three days per week from our London Paddington office. Internal job family level Commercial 8.
