About Ovation Incentives

Ovation Incentives designs and runs digital reward and incentive programmes for major global brands, the kind of platforms that pay out recognition, loyalty and incentive rewards to millions of people worldwide. We are a technology-led performance agency, and this role sits right at the centre of how we deliver for clients.

We are hiring a graduate to join our Client Success team. No prior office experience required. We are looking for someone sharp, organised and genuinely interested in how a client-facing tech business runs day to day, and we will teach you the rest.

What you will actually be doing

  • Learn our platforms from the inside, processing client orders, generating invoices and reports, and keeping records accurate and current.
  • Be the first point of contact for our clients' customers and their helpdesk teams by email, so you will develop real client-facing communication skills early.
  • Sit in on client calls and business reviews, get exposure to how accounts are managed, and start building the relationships that matter in this industry.
  • Trusted to use initiative, spot where a process could work better, and flag issues before they become escalations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we are looking for

  • A degree in Business, IT, MIS, Communications or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal English.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (you will be tested on this at interview).
  • A logical, problem-solving mindset and good attention to detail.
  • Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told.
  • Right to work in the UK, as a legal resident.
