Job Opportunity in Client Success and Relationship Management
We are looking for talented individuals eager to build a career in client success and relationship management. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile clients, providing exceptional service and driving engagement with our products and services. The role is based in our London office.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and highly organized, with a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a ‘can-do’ attitude. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success, working closely with account managers and other internal teams. This position offers exposure to various aspects of the business, including technology, marketing, and sales, with opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day client queries and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Overseeing Intuition’s learning management platforms and integrations for clients.
- Ensuring seamless updates and delivery of subscription products.
- Providing support for clients across different platforms and implementations.
- Leading the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Managing digital adoption tools to enhance user experience.
- Coordinating workshop logistics, including formatting materials and handling travel arrangements.
- Tracking and managing Instructor Led Services for internal reporting.
- Producing virtual workshop sessions for clients.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align client needs with product offerings.
- Supporting marketing efforts to drive engagement and retention.
- Working towards targets and KPIs to ensure high client satisfaction and success.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Business Management, or related fields.
- 'Can-do’ attitude and self-starter mentality.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills as well as highly effective communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, confident, and professional manner.
- Ability to listen to clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to handle pressure and to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Passion for technology and interest in understanding how people learn.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
