What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the processing of customer orders and commercial agreements
- Managing contracts, subscriptions, and related administration
- Maintaining accurate customer records and business data
- Working with internal systems and Microsoft Excel
- Assisting sales and operations teams with day-to-day activities
- Handling customer enquiries and providing excellent service
- Ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate or someone looking to start a commercial career
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Previous administration, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
