What You'll Be Doing
You'll help transform data into actions that drive business growth by:
- Building and maintaining reporting across sales, revenue, customer performance, and commercial activity.
- Investigating trends and anomalies to understand what the data is really telling us.
- Turning complex analysis into clear, engaging presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Supporting the Sales team with insights that strengthen customer conversations.
- Assisting with pricing reviews, commercial proposals, and tender submissions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting and automate manual processes.
- Mapping existing processes and creating documentation that makes knowledge easier to share.
- Recommending smarter ways of working and helping implement meaningful improvements.
- Working with different teams to understand business challenges and identify where data can provide better answers.
- Supporting multiple projects at once, prioritising effectively, and building relationships across the business.

What We Need from You
We're looking for a graduate who's naturally inquisitive and enjoys solving problems. We're looking for people who are excited by ambiguity, not intimidated by it. At InPost, you'll be trusted to think independently, dare to disrupt the status quo, and turn ideas into action.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum 2:1 degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- The ability to interpret information, identify patterns, and explain what it means to different audiences
We'd also love to see:
- Experience working with large datasets through university projects or internships
- Knowledge of reporting, analytics, or visualisation tools
- Familiarity with automation, coding, or data analysis tools such as SQL, Python or Power BI
- Experience presenting findings or recommendations to different audiences
- A passion for commercial strategy, retail, e-commerce or logistics
- Great organisation and attention to detail
- Curiosity, resilience and a proactive approach to learning
- Confidence managing your own workload and priorities
- An interest in understanding how businesses make decisions and what drives commercial performance
- A love for understanding how things work
- Inquisitive nature - asking questions instead of accepting the first answer
- Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, engaging way
- Taking ownership and enjoying seeing work through from start to finish
- Staying organised while managing multiple priorities
- Comfort working in a fast-moving business where priorities evolve
- Confidence working independently while knowing when to ask for support
