Job Description
Assystem supports its clients in delivering their most strategic projects, focusing on the energy transition and strengthening sovereignty. We are looking for graduates to join our Commercial Management team in London through a two-year Graduate Programme.
Your Responsibilities
- Support cost planning, cost management, and commercial reporting activities.
- Assist with procurement support and contract administration.
- Contribute to measurement, quantification, cost verification, and audit activities.
- Compile and analyze project and cost information to support reporting and decision-making.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and professionally presented reports, analysis, and commercial documentation.
- Support financial and schedule tracking across projects and programmes.
- Identify risks, issues, or changes and escalate them to senior team members where appropriate.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across multidisciplinary project teams.

Qualifications
We’re looking for graduates who:
- Have recently completed, or expect to complete, a degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Are interested in building a career in commercial management, cost management, or auditing.
- Enjoy working with numbers, data, and detailed project information.
- Can analyze information and present findings clearly and accurately.
- Have strong organizational skills and are comfortable working to deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and enjoy working with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Are curious, reliable, and willing to ask questions and learn from experienced team members.
- An interest in working towards membership of a relevant professional body, such as RICS, CICES, or CIOB, would also be beneficial.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a UK sole national and a UK resident.
- Must be able to obtain a minimum of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance.
- Willing to relocate or travel within the UK.
