Operating in 13 countries (Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and North America), we contribute to the development of new nuclear power generation capacities, the operational maintenance of existing facilities, and the design and delivery of critical infrastructure, particularly in the defence sector.

Join our two year Graduate Programme and begin your career with our Commercial Management team in London. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants supporting major projects and programmes across highly regulated sectors, including nuclear, infrastructure and transportation.
From cost planning and procurement through to contract administration, auditing and cost verification, you’ll gain practical experience across a broad range of commercial services. You’ll be supported as you build your confidence, develop your commercial judgement and learn how good information helps clients make better decisions.
Job Description
Your Responsibilities
From day one, you’ll work with real project and cost information while learning how commercial teams support successful project delivery. You’ll help produce clear, accurate analysis, contribute to commercial management, cost verification and auditing activities and develop your understanding of contracts, project controls and commercial management.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Supporting cost planning, cost management and commercial reporting activities.
- Assisting with procurement support and contract administration.
- Contributing to measurement, quantification, cost verification and audit activities.
- Collating and analysing project and cost information to support reporting and decision making.
- Helping prepare clear, accurate and professionally presented reports, analysis and commercial documentation.
- Supporting financial and schedule tracking across projects and programmes.
- Identifying risks, issues or changes and escalating them to senior team members where appropriate.
- Working with colleagues and stakeholders across multidisciplinary project teams.

Qualifications
Your Strengths and Requirements for Success
We’re looking for graduates who:
- Have recently completed, or expect to complete, a degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering or a closely related discipline before joining the Graduate Programme.
- Are interested in building a career in commercial management, cost management or auditing.
- Enjoy working with numbers, data and detailed project information.
- Can analyse information and present findings clearly and accurately.
- Have strong organisational skills and feel comfortable working to deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and enjoy working with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Are curious, reliable and willing to ask questions and learn from experienced team members.
- An interest in working towards membership of a relevant professional body, such as RICS, CICES or CIOB, would also be beneficial.

To join our Graduate Scheme, you must be a UK sole national and a UK resident, as this is required for the type of work we do. You’ll also need to be able to obtain a minimum of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance.
As part of the programme, you should also be willing to relocate or travel within the UK, and we’ll provide relocation support where needed.
