The Role
Based from their Shefford office, your role as a Commercial Trainee will initially see you learn all aspects of the business, with the first 3 months focused primarily on product and sales training before being introduced to your sales targets.
You will represent the full product range over the phone to both new and existing customers, developing your sales and commercial skills. You will be mentored closely by the Manager, who will support and guide you throughout your development.

There are excellent opportunities to progress within the wider group, with previous graduates progressing into client-facing roles with company cars and management positions.
