An established and growing commercial property consultancy is seeking a Graduate Commercial Agent to join its team.
This opportunity would suit a graduate with a RICS-accredited degree looking to build a career in commercial real estate. With full APC support provided, you'll gain experience across commercial agency and landlord & tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic asset advice.
The firm acts for a diverse client base including investors, corporate occupiers, public sector organisations, and high-net-worth individuals, offering exposure to a broad range of office, industrial, and retail assets.

The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with commercial agency instructions, including acquisitions and disposals.
- Supporting landlord & tenant matters, including rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Preparing reports, negotiating terms, and providing professional advice.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Assisting with wider business development activities.
About You
- RICS-accredited degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially aware and keen to develop within the property industry.
- Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
