At NSCG, we believe incredible people create incredible outcomes. We're looking for a Graduate Consultant to join our Housing Practice, helping us build and support a community of senior interim leaders whilst delivering outstanding service to housing sector clients across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in executive search, interim management or consulting. You'll gain exposure to senior leaders across the housing sector, develop your commercial and relationship-building skills, and receive structured mentoring and development from experienced consultants and Partners.

What you'll be doing

As a Graduate Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting both our interim talent community and the successful delivery of client assignments.

You'll:

  • Build relationships with senior interim managers across the housing sector.
  • Conduct career conversations to understand candidates' experience, aspirations and availability.
  • Develop and maintain talent pools across key housing disciplines.
  • Help deliver candidate engagement initiatives including networking events, webinars, roundtables and newsletters.
  • Support executive search and interim recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, briefings and candidate communications.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, candidates and interim managers.
  • Support reporting, compliance and Salesforce administration to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with team projects, quarterly strategy meetings and marketing initiatives.

What we're looking for

We're interested in people with potential, energy and a genuine interest in building a career in people consulting and talent solutions. This role could be based either in our London or Leeds office.

You'll likely have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence building professional relationships with a range of people.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach and willingness to learn.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and an interest in using technology and AI to improve ways of working.
  • Some experience gained through part-time work, placements, internships, customer-facing roles, leadership positions or other extracurricular achievements.
