Location: At one of our offices based in either Hull, Leeds or Stockton-on-Tees
Hours: 8.30am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
Visa Sponsorship: This position does not meet the UK Home Office sponsorship requirements (specifically, financial thresholds). Therefore, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
Our graduates are involved in customer-facing projects from the outset, providing the opportunity to develop both communication and technical skills across a variety of commissions, while gaining valuable insight into the sectors and markets in which we operate.
The successful candidates will work across our diverse businesses, offering broad exposure to different teams, disciplines and projects. This allows time to explore individual strengths and interests, helping to identify where skills are best suited before choosing to specialise later in their career, should they wish to do so.

Requirements
As well as exhibiting our company behaviours of being Positive, Professional, Customer Focused, a Team Player and Doing the Right Thing, we are specifically seeking candidates who hold, or are currently working towards, a degree in a relevant built environment, project management or sustainability discipline, and who are passionate about building a career within these fields.
Therefore the successful candidates will have the following:
Essential
- Hold, or be working towards completion of, a degree qualification in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Management, Real Estate, Sustainability, Net Zero Carbon, Environmental Sustainability, Climate Change, Sustainable Building Design, Building Services Engineering, Construction or a related built environment discipline
- Ability to analyse and interpret data, monitor progress, identify risks, undertake research and present findings clearly to colleagues and clients
- Demonstrate effective organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and support the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
- Promote and present a professional personal and company brand in all dealings
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- The ability to work as a team member in a busy working environment, but also the ability to work unsupervised at times
- The ability to learn and work with new technology and software
- Have effective and efficient time management skills
- Awareness of the importance of confidentiality
- Have good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Be able to implement new and improved ways of working
- Hold a full, valid UK driving licence and own transport

Desirable
- Knowledge of recognised project management methodologies and best practice frameworks, such as APM, PRINCE2 or MSP
- Experience gained through a university project, placement year, internship or dissertation focused on project delivery, construction, infrastructure, estates or property development, sustainability, climate resilience or net zero carbon
- Awareness of construction legislation, health and safety requirements and the responsibilities of duty holders under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations
- Knowledge of whole-life carbon, embodied carbon and operational carbon concepts
- Understanding of sustainability assessment methodologies and reporting frameworks
- Membership of, or aspiration to join, a relevant professional body
- Previous working experience in a consultancy, estates or property-related role
- Experience working in or with the public sector
