At NSCG, we believe incredible people create incredible outcomes. We're looking for an ambitious Graduate to join our London team, helping us engage a thriving network of interim professionals and deliver exceptional outcomes to our clients.
This is a people-focused role where you'll develop relationships, organise events, support assignments and become a key part of one of the sector's leading executive search and interim management teams.
What you'll be doing
As a Graduate Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting both our talent community and the successful delivery of client assignments.
You'll:
- Build and maintain relationships with interim professionals in the Social Housing sector.
- Help deliver networking events, webinars, and community activities.
- Support the exceptional delivery of executive search and interim assignments.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting.
- Collaborate with experienced consultants on strategic projects.

We're looking for someone who is:
- A recent graduate or early-career professional.
- Energetic, tenacious, proactive, and relationship-driven.
- An excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Organised and confident managing multiple priorities.
- Interested in people, careers, and the consulting sector.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
