Overview:
Consulting Point is a specialist talent advisory firm focused exclusively on the management consulting market. We work with leading consultancies and advisory firms across strategy, transformation, technology, and operations, supporting them with senior talent and market insight.
We are looking to hire a Graduate Consultant to join our Leicester Office to begin a career at the intersection of consulting, executive search, and market intelligence.
The Role:
As a Graduate Consultant, you will work closely with senior consultants and partners to support live search assignments and client development activity.

Responsibilities include:
- Researching consulting firms, markets, and senior professionals
- Mapping talent across strategy, transformation, and technology consulting
- Supporting candidate identification, screening, and outreach
- Preparing high-quality written materials for clients and candidates
- Maintaining accurate records and market intelligence in our CRM
- Utilising technology advancements to better yourself and the company
About You:
- A strong academic background with a genuine interest in consulting and professional services
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Commercially curious, organised, and detail-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Motivated to build a long-term career in consulting or executive search
- Excited by using AI and other modern technologies
