Our partner, a rapidly growing strategy consulting firm established in 2015, is exclusively dedicated to serving the global insurance industry. They advise management teams of insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and private equity firms across the UK, Europe, and Bermuda on critical strategy, growth, operations, technology, and M&A initiatives. Recognised as a top consultancy for their thought leadership, they foster a strong culture with a focus on employee well-being, currently pursuing B Corporation certification. They are now seeking a talented Graduate Consultant to join their London team.
About the Role:
This role is ideal for an ambitious graduate eager to launch a career in management consulting within a dynamic and specialised sector. As a Graduate Consultant, you will spend the majority of your time (80-100%) on project delivery, directly contributing to high-impact client engagements. You will develop expertise in strategy, operations, technology, and M&A within the insurance industry, working in a fast-paced environment that values analytical rigour and clear communication. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of leading insurance businesses whilst growing professionally within a supportive and expert team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support client projects.
- Develop strategic recommendations for insurance companies, reinsurers, and brokers.
- Prepare compelling presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute to thought leadership pieces and internal knowledge development.
- Support M&A due diligence and operational improvement initiatives.
- Engage directly with client teams, building strong professional relationships.

Requirements:
- Achieved at least a 2:1 degree from a top-tier university.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to quickly grasp complex industries and analytical techniques.
- Comfortable and effective in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Desire to develop expertise in the insurance sector.
- Business fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
