Our expertise spans Support Engineering, Procurement Advisory, P3M Management, Data Exploitation, and Business Change & Transformation, empowering clients to work smarter, deliver greater value, and future-proof their operations. We apply data and digital tools where they add genuine value, supporting continuous improvement and sustainable growth for all our clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

As a Graduate Consultant, you’ll embark on a unique journey of growth, learning directly from experienced team members and gaining hands-on experience across procurement advisory, support engineering, and business transformation. You’ll be involved in a variety of projects that challenge you to think creatively and make a tangible impact, both for our clients and for our rapidly growing firm.

No two weeks look the same. Day to day, you will:

  • Assist with data analysis, research, and the preparation of client reports and presentations
  • Work alongside senior consultants on live client projects, from planning through to delivery
  • Support clients, principally in defence, as they win and deliver business
  • Contribute to the operational side of Kona, helping to improve our internal processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Travel to client sites, into London for company meet-ups and workshops, on a regular basis

You will be given real responsibility early, with mentoring and structured development throughout, so that you build the judgement and client skills of a rounded consultant.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong analytical and research skills, with an eye for detail
  • Well organised, able to manage your own tasks and priorities across several pieces of work
  • Confident working with data and everyday digital tools, MS suite, and a willingness to learn new ones
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the confidence to present to clients
  • Sound problem-solving and critical thinking, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Self-motivated to work independently in a remote setting, and collaborative as part of a small team
  • A genuine ambition to build a career as a consultant, this matters more to us than prior experience
  • Willingness to travel regularly to client sites and to London
  • An interest in defence, engineering, or industrial sectors is welcome but not essential
