We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Finance role on behalf of a Birmingham boutique. As a Corporate Finance professional, you will play a key part in assisting the partner on both buy side and sell side deals. This is an excellent chance to utilise the financial skills and experiences you have obtained in ideally in deals or advisory environment (transaction services, restructuring, valuations, PE, investment banking or corporate finance).

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research
- Production of IMs
- Conducting financial due diligence on potential deals
- Reviewing, and manipulating financial models
You will also be encouraged to work closely with colleagues from across the business to evaluate new opportunities. As a good project manager, you will grow to manage overseeing transactions from start to finish.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate for this Corporate Finance position will be degree educated with a passion for Mergers and Acquisitions. You will have strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to understand complex financial information and distill it into clear reports and presentations.
