Temporary CRM Assistant
This is a 12-Month contract. We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary CRM Assistant to join our Central Marketing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of large-scale, data-driven marketing campaigns for a globally recognised brand.
Working closely with the Global CRM Manager and wider marketing team, you'll help create and deploy customer communications that engage, retain, and re-engage audiences across multiple markets. This role would be particularly suited to a recent Marketing graduate or an individual looking to develop their career within CRM and digital marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, build, and deployment of CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys.
- Manage the scheduling and deployment of global email marketing communications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to drive continuous improvement.
- Use Google Analytics, A/B testing, and customer insights to optimise engagement and marketing effectiveness.
- Create and adapt engaging email content, assets, and copy to support global marketing campaigns and customer communications.

Skills & Experience required:
- Recent Marketing graduate or with some practical work experience with CRM systems.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office software, especially with Excel.
- Experience with utilising reporting tools.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 and experience with large datasets would be desirable.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and work independently.
Hours of Work:
39 hrs per week, Monday to Friday.
